2. Is ONBOARD suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, our expert trainers (Pilots) will guide you through each session, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

3. What should I bring to an ONBOARD class?

We recommend bringing:

  • Swimwear or Dri-Fit athletic wear
  • Water bottle
  • A positive attitude! We provide all necessary equipment.
4. Will I fall into the water during the workout?

While our workouts are designed to challenge your balance and stability, the risk of falling is minimal with proper guidance. If you do take a dip, it’s all part of the fun and learning process!

5. Are ONBOARD classes safe?

Yes! Our highly trained coaches (Pilots) ensure that all sessions are conducted with safety. We also maintain strict hygiene standards, frequently sanitizing all boards and equipment.
